This sushi is 100% Paleo and instead of a Nori roll and/or rice, this sushi is held together with BACON!

Consisting of just a handful of ingredients, including bacon, asparagus, cucumber and avocado (plus salt and pepper), this recipe can be assembled in minutes!
The bacon is fryed in a pan, the asparagus is boiled, the avocado and cucumber is sliced and the veggies are wrapped up snugly in the bacon.
The bacon rolls are sprinkled with salt and pepper, and can be popped in your mouth immediately!
This recipe would make a fabulous snack or side dish!
