Monday, July 29th was National Chicken Wing Day — which naturally made me hungry for chicken wings!

Thousands of pounds of chicken wings are consumed each week in Buffalo and around the world.
Generally, we bake or deep fry the chicken wings, and then toss them in sauce — preferably homemade!

I also like tossing them with Frank’s Red Hot for a sort of buffalo wing flavor.
Last week, the boyfriend got some seasoned chicken breading and actually breaded some of his chicken wings before deep frying them, and I’m told that was delicious!

This inspired me to scour the web for five fantabulous Paleo chicken wing recipes! Ready go!
Now, I haven’t actually made any of these recipes, so I can’t technically endorse them.
However, I’d be willing to bed they’re all delicious!
