It’s Sunday — and that means back to work again!
For some reason, for much of my Sunday, I was SUPER hungry!
While searching around for a recipe to feature for Sunday’s “Daily Delicious,” I came upon a really amazing looking recipe for a bison omelet — posted to the Whole30/Whole9 Facebook page, and decided THIS is what I’d love to have right about now!
If I was making this, I would make it with bison, jalapeno, arugula, mushrooms, olives, avocado, and maybe some salsa or pico? Kind of a Mexican-themed bison omelet!
Plus, this recipe offers a double dose of protein!
