Daily Delicious: Paleo Chocolate Pizza!

SO I figure we should just stick with the dessert theme I’ve got going as it relates to this week’s “Daily Delicious” posts — and I dug up a recipe I found on Pinterest via DessertStalker for Paleo Chocolate Pizza…

And would you guess it has a crust made out of CAULIFLOWER?!

Wouldn’t imagine cauliflower would make an appearance in a dessert, would you?

The pictures of this dessert just look unbelievable! And it’s PALEO!

This recipe comes from Clean Eating With a Dirty Mind — a blog I discovered I somehow wasn’t following (but never fear, I am now!)

The blogger reported making three of these cocoa cauliflower crusts before getting it just right.

Ingredients for this Paleo dessert pizza include things like 60% (or higher) dark chocolate, cauliflower puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, cinnamon, banana, chocolate chips or cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, etc. — all great things!

And, this is a recipe that could be served hot or cold, depending upon the season.

I think this recipe would be great to make for a party or a potluck — or if you’re really feeling like indulging, a Friday night in 🙂

You could even try making this as a personal chocolate pizza which would probably be adorable — and delicious!
