The work week begins again! My first meal of the day for Sunday (my Monday) was a bit of a hodge podge, because I had leftovers to contend with.
I decided to finish off the rest of the kale salad leftover from Saturday night’s dinner — and also have a small bowl of leftover mango-avo salsa (which I made A LOT OF) — with a chocolate banana smoothie.
While grocery shopping this weekend, the bf and I stumbled upon some chocolate banana smoothie mix, and blended that with some ice, some coconut milk and two bananas, for a creamy, healthy, delicious and filling afternoon treat.
This meal was easy to assemble once again, and more importantly, easy to enjoy!
