This recipe was posted to Facebook in recent weeks via PALEOdISH — and the gorgeous food photography caught my attention, and my stomach immediately started grumbling!
This Roasted Chicken Salad would make a perfect healthy (and filling!) lunch or dinner recipe — and could even be thrown together quickly if necessary.
The recipe contains about seven total ingredients — including roasted chicken, avocado, tomato, lemon, lime, balsamic, olive oil and salt.
If you wanted to make this recipe simpler than it already is, it would probably be delicious with some rotisserie chicken. Then, it could be assembled in MINUTES!
Otherwise, the most difficult part would likely be roasting the chicken in the oven.
That’s really all you need to do — besides assembling the salad and EATING 🙂
